What warranty do our products have?

The products offered are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years from delivery for new products, at the seller's expense, in accordance with consumer and user regulations.

If the product you purchased has a defect covered by the legal warranty, you have the right to demand from the seller the repair or replacement of the defective product, free of charge. Additionally, you have the right to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the following cases:

  • If repair or replacement is not possible or is excessively costly.
  • If the seller does not repair or replace the product within a reasonable time frame.
  • If the repair or replacement causes significant inconvenience.

However, this does not mean that a minor defect that prevents the repair or replacement of the purchased products, makes them excessively costly, or automatically grants the right to terminate this contract.

The legal warranty covers conformity defects that manifest within two years following the delivery of the product. To make use of it, you must notify the seller of the defect within two months of discovering it.

We will assist you at all times in managing, through our customer service, any warranty applicable to the purchased products.

Extended Warranty If you have purchased the extended warranty, you will receive an express replacement of the product under the following conditions:

  • If you acquire the 1-year warranty extension, the service will cover the first year of the legal warranty.
  • If you acquire the 2-year warranty extension, the service will cover the two years of the legal warranty.

General Conditions of the Warranty Extension:

The warranty upsell will not cover accidental material damage and any damage caused by falls, impacts, breakage, or any intentional or fraudulent acts carried out in bad faith by the customer.

This service will only cover damage due to product wear and tear that is not caused by misuse. You will be entitled to a single replacement unless the new shipment has not been received or contains any damage or defect. In this case, you must notify us in writing, attaching the necessary photographic evidence and explanations within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt.

  • Express Replacement: With the warranty extension, the replacement process will be much faster. You will be required to provide photographic evidence and explanations of the issue with the product to proceed as quickly as possible, saving you the step of having a quality and warranty tribunal decide on the situation, which would take months.
  • Compensation with a Similar Model from the Catalog: If the product qualifies for replacement, we will consider the option of replacing it with a similar product from the current catalog, always of a higher range than the one you purchased, when the model you bought is out of stock or has been removed from the catalog.
  • Technological Products: If you have purchased a technological product and, due to correct but continued use, some of its accessories or buttons wear out or break from usage, we will replace that accessory or, if necessary, the entire product.
  • Watches: For example, if you purchase one of our watches, and due to correct but continued use, the straps, buckles, or buttons wear out or break from usage, we will replace that accessory or, if necessary, the entire product.
  • Textile Products: If you purchase a textile product from our catalog, such as a knee brace, and due to correct but continued use, some stitching, buckles, or fasteners wear out or break from usage, we will replace that accessory or, if necessary, the entire product.
